Forum URL: esntyy.proboards13.comHello, my users can't register on the board that I'm administrating. The registrating process is ok until the activation, but after you enter the activation code the user gets the following notice: "Account Pending Approval. Currently your account is waiting for approval from a staff member. Once an administrator has approved your account you will get access to this forum." I'm the main administrator, but I don't even know how to approve someone's account since I don't get any kind of notice of having to approve new members accounts... Could the problem be fixed so that new users don't need to waite for an administrator's approval?

Go to admin and look for the link pending accounts and click on it and approve the members. Then go to your general settings and find the option of pending accounts and set it to no.

Hey, i have that same problem. I want my people to get permission to join, but I dont get any notifications. Also, when i go to look in the admin section, I cant find a "pending accounts" section. You know what I might be doing wrong? Yes I am admin, I am signed is as such....so?

You know what I might be doing wrong? Yes I am admin, I am signed is as such....so? Please create your own thread. But to answer your question, did you enable the Limited Registration yet in your General Settings? If you have, you will only see a "View Pending Members," link in your admin panel (under the Manage Members heading) only if you have an account to approve.
