can not make a name visible for an url link

My forum is only 2 days old, so I'm still learning and
I want to have a name come up instead the whole URL Link, but it does not work
I try this [url="http://fantasy-world.us/Musik/Music%20Charts.htm" Music Palette[/url] and the whole link comes up, instead "Music Palette"

What do I wrong?

I read about the code, but it does not work
