Adminsection does not show up anymore

I changed something in the Globalheader and now the board ist 0ut of line and I can not enter the admin section anymore to undo what I did

how come the link does not go to my forum???
Somebody told me a moment ago, that he does not see my forum if he writes my URL in the addresbar
