unexpected IP ban

One of my users tried to visit my forum (for the first time) and got the message that her IP was banned:

I never banned this IP, nor did I intend to. Could you please help to check this situation, and if possible, make the forum accessible from this IP?

That's why i didn't ask, but I didn't see it before, but you the last three digits on the image were blanked off.

Ah my problem. Had thought you would allow or block IP segments. Didn't know that you would work on individual IPs, so initially I wanted to hide the full information for privacy considerations.

The problem with banning a block is that it really does unintentionally ban individuals.
