Creating an "Advertise Your Forum Subsection" ?!

Could we create a subsection to the existing "advertise your forum" section where the following posts on 'our forum thread' could vary from "bump"?
Members here could maybe ask questions or give feedback on the thread in such a subsection too? If there is a fear that such a subsection would be too "colorful" maybe it could be password protected. Just trying to liven things up here!

All this bump, bump, bump... can cause something like sea sickness.

Various versions of this have been tried in the past and proven too difficult and spam-covered to moderate. The strict rules of the AYF board are because of past issues.

However, I will label this as a feature request and bring this up with the powers that be in our next staff meeting.
