I can not log into Support......

I put my username & password for support it says:

On & On but will not log me into the support board.

Lots of problems, they just changed my board to V5

But first I need to get my account here fixed so I can log in.

Hi

As the message indicates, the account has already been linked to another global account. Do you have another global account that you can remember creating?

If you can't remember creating one, on the login page, try hitting the password reminder and try your emails, see if any of them return positive.

Yes I have another Proboard a Back up one.

They are connected already.

I have had a account in here for support for close to 5 years, my password has alway been the same as both of my proboards.

Someone made me a thread in here maybe you could add this one to it or go ahead & delete this one & will talk on the other one.

When I first logged in to each of my boards after the change they both sent me a E-Mail to the same E-Mail Thank you for the up grade.

OK I went ahead & clicked forgot password & got the E-Mail & followed it.

I logged in & still want log me into Support.

Hi Aletha,

You noted that you get the "The account you are trying to link has already been upgraded or linked. Please login with your email address." error when logging into your account here on support, correct?

If so, on that white page click the "logout" link found at the top-right hand corner of the page and that will log you out of your global account. Once you're logged out of your global account, try logging into your forum account here on support and that should do it

I am log in after logging out of my boards.

My E-Mail is different, I tried to change my E-Mail to match my boards the one I use now.

It will not let me change my E-Mail it says:

Edit Email
That email address is already in use.

I'd like use my now E-Mail here to, instead of one I used a long time ago of 5 years.

I have 2 threads going, could someone Add to or delete this one, No need in 2.

Thanks, Aletha. As I posted in the other topic most recently, I just went ahead and closed this one to prevent further posting. The instructions I provided in your other topic should help
