Forum URL: http://.proboards.com we are in the process of creating a sister site to an already existing proboard in order to host a gallery for our fansite. Before we create the sistersite, i have been requested the following information: does Proboards have GD or GD2 support? can we have GD or GD2 on the site? we are trying to run coppermine and it makes all sorts of mention of PHP and SQL and while i am slowly learning this we want to make sure that creating the sistersite on Proboards will meet all of our needs without violating any of the TOS agreements

Proboards is remotly hosted as a single element, you arnt able to interact with things server side. THe things you want to do will need to be based on what your host will support

Proboards is your host, of your board, but nothing else. To use things like PHP and SQL you need to find a host that offers these options.

I have a gallery with Coppermine as apart of my forum. With Coppermine you will have to a) purchase a domain name and b) find a web host that supports php and MySQL (I use Vistapages.com which I am happy with) and host Coppermine on their servers under your domain, for example: www.yoursite.com/gallery.
