I have myself set up as an administrator, and I set up another member to be one as well. On her profile it shows her as an admin, but she can't get into any of the admin functions. Am I missing where this should go? I can't tell a lie, this is all very new to me. I have been trying codes and can't get anything to work that I want. Maybe it's true, you can' teach an old dog new tricks.
I have other questions, but I'll keep searching before I ask them.
Your help is appreciated. Melanie

are you sure you gave her administrator settings, go on her rank (administrator), and check that you did indeed set all of the limitations to yes.

Ok, now I feel stupid, do I look on her profile or somewhere else. Cause on her profile it has admin there. This is like learning algerbra in 2nd grade.

Melanie do this Admin panel-->Member groups-->Modify Group-->Select the Member group from the list below that you would like to modify:--> you edit their moding powers there..don't forget to select "yes" "for is this group staff" .. make sure you click on his/her display name and go to his profile. Scroll down to your admin functions in his profile and change his Member group to admin/G-mod/moderator whichever one you are appointing them to.

Ok I followed this and went to group and changed the admins to yes. I will have to see if this allows her access. I didn't even know this was here. I'm pretty new at all this.
THanks so much.
