???Placing a picture in a thread???.

A.].Can I put a picture in the title box of a new thread.
B.}.How do i put a picture in a post. {if possible]
C.}.I have the pic published and sized.

I have another question that is a little more complicated.

I am legally blind. I have adjusted most things on my forum so I can easily see them.

With one exception.
The buttons on the top panel where you do things like start new thread etc.
Is there any way I can make these things a little clearer or larger.
