Did you check in modify rankings in admin panel to see if everything is set up correctly in there? Post a screen shot of that page if you can please. Also are you sure none of your other staff has modified that persons post count and reset it to Zero or 1...etc? try having a look here. see if this has been reported as a bug. if it hasn't been, try reporting it as one. I wouldn't call this a bug just yet. How bout we try to trouble shoot first?
