M board wount load past entering my password

please can one of the admins help me this is an old board of mine that i want to work up heres the link ascraft.proboards19.com/index.cgi i'm having problems loading past the pass entry once i enter my password nothing loads it's really erratating me please can anyone help?
i think it went down after they upgraded but it's still a mojar problem...

it's still not letting me on i tried my password but it did'nt work so i went to forgot password and that dont work either my email i used was [e-mail] is there a way past that....and now it says

i'm so confused

10 bad login attempts on your account in a row will get you a 1 hour ban. This a built in feature. 1 of the admin's should be online again within the next 2 hours and can help you. Just be patient.
