Admin settings have vanished..Please Help

Sorry i know this is my second problem today and i thank you for your help with the first..

It now seems that a member on our forum we didnt know has somehow gained controll of the forum.. that is why earlier the password had been changed ect..

Now on the admin page all the options have vanished and nothing can be changed..

2 other staff members who have logged of can no longer log into the forum as the "log in" to the forum has been removed..

would be very greatfull for any assistance..

just to add, this person earlier today reduced all members in our forum including staff so that no one had any admin functions. I promtly deleted this member but now appears to be back again..
