Problem posting with font colors

Wonder if you could help me with a forum members problem, on my site. I have NO idea why they are having this happen:

Okay I'm trying to change the colors. For some reason it does not work for me. I highlight a word, but when I click on the "Colors" arrow the highlight goes away Maybe it's something to do with my laptop. It does work for BOLD but not the drop down boxes like Color, Font Size and Font Face.

Do you know what browser they are using, and have you made any changes to the posting page at all?

Within their browser, could you ask them to try clearing their browser's cache and cookies, to see if that helps.

Seems to work on my end, readymom, so definitely let us know what the member says in response to Craig's questions/directions.

No, I have not made any changes to the posting page.

Yes, I will give them those instructions and let you know ....
