Try this, this is from the FAQ. If you (admins) experience problems with your board loading, and a code is suspected of causing the problem, you have 2 basic methods. 1. if you still have your board open, hit 'back' on your browser to where you added the code (headers page), you should be able to remove or edit the code(s) 2. To access your headers, follow these steps. edit your url to this your-board.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=login&NOHEADERS=1Type in your username and password, click login. then IGNORE THE PAGE CONTENT then edit the url to this your-board.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=headersfooters&NOHEADERS=1You will now be able to modify your headers and footers. copy codes to notepad before removing them, then go and recheck if the code is correct. note: your-board.proboards.com is YOUR URL

There's no point in copying the entire sticky thread for this. Actually, you're not supposed to. If you're going to give a member support on an issue that concerns their forum and they need a way to get into their forum via login or headers/footers, always put their URL in the Example URL given. Like so: systemsadmin.proboards56.com/index.cgi?action=login&NOHEADERS=1systemsadmin.proboards56.com/index.cgi?action=headersfooters&NOHEADERS=1It makes it easier for the member and more convinent. I'm not trying to hassle you, just thought I'd let you know.
