Forum URL: groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/judgmentrecoverybusiness/infoWe have interest in updating this YahooGroup and making it more user friendly, etc. This YahooGroup has a ton of content that has been accumulating over the years. We would hate to lose it. Is there a way to migrate the content from this YahooGroup into the forum here? Thanks, Lisa

Hi, Based on your current activity levels we'd be unable to import the data on ProBoards. Forums.net allows data to be imported regardless of activity level, but the only way we can import your data is if Yahoo provides an export option and allows other services to use it based on their terms of service. If memory serves me correctly from the previous time this question came up I believe Yahoo unfortunately only allows any exported data to be used on services they provide meaning we wouldn't be able to import it on our service regardless.

I was just reading the terms of service and the only thing I found in there states that they don't claim ownership of Content I submit or make available for inclusion on the their services.
Maybe I missed something. Anyone else know if we can export data from a Yahoo Group?

I found this information on Google. Looks like you can export member lists, etc., but not the contents of conversations. Hope that helps.
