How can you eliminate somebody being invisible?  I see a member with invisible next to her name

There's a plugin, but it won't work if someone is already invisible. Only prevents it for those who aren't invisible now.

You can also let your membership know you don't want them to use the invisible option, so if they have it set that way now, they need to change it. What you decide to do if they don't comply would be up to you.

Even prior to the plugin installation, you wouldn't see it in theirs anyway, as that's not something you would be allowed to change for them. You would have only seen it under your own, on the privacy tab.
