Guests Online IP Look Up - Pebble

Okay, on my main site, I installed this, with a custom theme I made out of the default theme.
The mod just wont work, yet I have tried it on test forum, with same theme, and Global Header/Footer, and it works.
I had tried disabling each one of the other plugins on the main forum, and still not worked.

I have no idea what else to try here.

It's a long time since I've looked at this plugin.... I seem to remember there been a change to the template from proboards end if the template was still as standard. You may have to add the extra bit to your template.

I'm pretty sure this was discussed in a support thread for the plugin.

Looks like Pebble has a link to the thread he's speaking of, about the template change, in the first post of the official support topic for the plugin here if you want to give that a try

Pebble, I also tried it on the same Err Bear theme here at PB Support. Same results, worked on test, but not regular forum.

The code that was said needed to be replaced, is fine on my forum theme. Same as what was posted.

I think I see the issue, @burkeknight. I installed the plugin on a test forum of mine, along with your theme and header and footer. I was able to replicate the issue if the URL had /forum at the end of the address. Without the /forum, the plugin worked fine. So it seems the plugin won't work with the /forum address yet.

Of course, this doesn't help with your forum because you're using a custom page as your home page, so /forum is necessary to reach the forum part of the website. But I wanted to bring this to light anyway

It's not a problem, @burkeknight. I saw that you said you were moving on to the other topic to try and handle this, but once I was able to replicate the issue I was curious about it myself

CheatAreZee, it is indeed strange, but maybe fixable, in the future.
I could set the forum as Home, and have the other page just be a menu item.
