Banner Issue. Help Please

I'm trying to get the ad above my banner but I am struggling. Does anyone know how to achieve this?

My site is in Maintenance mode and has to stay that way until more stuff is sorted so I've got an image to help you all understand...

Hi, toosk3tchy.

In Themes > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper if you move the </header> tag so that it comes after the closing </div> of the <div id="banner-container"> element it should move it properly.
