Forum URL: weightlosssurgery.proboards.comIn trying to rid my board of clutter, I moved the boards in my Staff Category to the Main board, deleting the separate Staff Category. They are all set as restricted to staff only, but I'd rather that they not be seen at all by my members. So, I marked the board "Staff" as hidden in the settings area. I am signed in as the admin and I can't see the board. If it wasn't for the Categories and Boards structure area, I wouldn't know that it was there at all. How do I fix this? Thank you!

Uncheck the hidden box and set it to staff only in the permissions area.

Hi, goodkel. If you want the board to be visible to you but not regular users adjust its visibility in the Permissions tab rather than hiding it. Making a board hidden hides it from everyone regardless of their permissions.

Thank you. I misunderstood the "who can view the board" to mean that they could see it, but not read it. Neither category is/was open to guests and I don't have another account on the board to view it.
When my posts are listed in Recent Posts, can they see that?
Thank you so much for your rapid replies!

Recent posts only shows what a user has access to. If you've got the view and access permissions set to staff only then your users won't be able to see them.
