I am teaching a class and I am using Proboards as a means for students to post answers to follow-up questions that I mention in lecture.
I have selected the option to receive email updates when new threads are created.
However, a few weeks ago I stopped receiving these email updates. I did nothing that I can easily site as being the problem (e.g., changing my email address, changing other settings on my Proboards profile for the class).
Could someone please let me know how I can set my Proboards settings so that I always, without fail, receive email notifications for all new threads and updated threads on my class forum?
Thanks.

Hi purlyThis is not currently possible at the moment for newly created threads. However this is something that is being looked at. Thanks Dave

Hi, purly. We're currently sorting out issues that are preventing our notification email delivery system from sending every single queued email. It's possible that you're unfortunately suffering from the effects of these problems, in which case nothing was done wrong on your end. If you have an email notification setting enabled you should be receiving those emails so long as everything is working correctly on our end.
