Hi Apologies for the delayed reply. How are things looking right now? Had a browse of the linked forum, and it was loading ok for me. If it, by chance, specific pages which are slow loading, could you link me to one such page

Everything was slow Chris. The banner loads almost immediately but the page and subsequent pages or replies take ages to fully load . theguitaristssound.proboards.com/I do not believe it I just went to the forum to get a link and it is working OK for me now but then it started going slow again. I am a member of several forums that use Proboards and they are all slow when my forum is slow. These are the others I use regularly. soundandtechnical.proboards.com/charliehall.proboards.com/vintage-sounds.freeforums.net/I thought that it may be a problem with my main computer, cookies or a virus or something but this site, the support one, is working fine as are all the other sites I have visited. I logged on using another PC that has never been on on my site before and it is the same on that one. It has got me baffled, any ideas or suggestions ?

Just tried it on Chrome and it is OK so looks like it is cookies or some problem with IE but I can not understand why my second computer was the same ? The only thing that was the same was that I had the same account on both computers. Thanks for your help. I will try and clear the cookies and see if that sorts it out later on. Sandra

I am not experiencing it myself. Using chrome here. But a few more people have posted about it now, so seems it is affecting a few people. Some of the staff are online so hopefully tehy will look into it and see what the slow up is.

Hello,
Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention. Could you hit F12 while in your browser to open up the developer console on your browser and then click the "Network" tab. Then reload any of your forum pages and let me know (with a screenshot preferably) what is taking the longest to load on the page or is failing to ever load completely on the page?

You'll need to click on the green play button on the top left to tell the Network tab to begin record traffic, after which you'll need to refresh the page to populate it.
