Forum Loading Slow for a member

One member is saying the forum is dreadfully slow for her to load - she has used all browsers and still the same. I myself am having no difficulties - running fine as normal for me. Still, I would like someone to look into it, please, and see is something not right or why it is loading so slow for her.

User is Pat4 and she said she is seeing this message below that she never saw before below:

In the left at the bottom Im getting......... Anvil.RibiconProject.com them when Im waiting it then goes to ei.ricdn.com I cant remember seeing that before.

Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention. Could you hit F12 while in your browser to open up the developer console on your browser and then click the "Network" tab. Then reload any of your forum pages and let me know (with a screenshot preferably) what is taking the longest to load on the page or is failing to ever load completely on the page?

I am sorry Michael it isn't me that is having the problem and the member who is is having the problem hasn't got the know how to do as you are asking. She said the whole forum is slow not just one area - it's the whole forum.

Could you walk them through the steps I listed and see if they're able to produce anything? The issue I'm thinking of could affect the whole forum and this is the way to test for it!
