User unable to see entered text in Preview tab

Hello,

I have a user who's reporting issues seeing the content they entered on the Preview tab when making a post. I had them try a couple troubleshooting tasks and it appears not to be isolated to one particular theme, browser, or an ad blocker, but I can't reproduce the issue myself, even when on the same browser and OS. If there's anything I can ask him to help track down the issue for you, please let me know.

Everything you've tried rules out just about everything I would've had them try.

If they type into the BBCode tab then switch to the Preview tab does the Preview tab automatically get populated with their text?

Also worth trying: If they open the browser's developer tools with F12 and go to the Console tab then refresh the page does the console produce any errors?

I went and tested the users account and wasn't able to reproduce the issue at all. Could you have the user try incognito in Chrome or Private browsing in Firefox?
