Forum URL: (private) I've removed the SSL from the forum as he's testing to see if that's an issue.. Disabling SSL seems to fix BOTH issues So, Azy is having issues when he is editing his profile on the Private URL provided. When he navigates to the personal tab, it makes him re-enter his email and reactivate before it will allow him to move on to any other tab or save the personal settings. Is there a specific reason this is occurring? It's happening every single time he goes into that tab in edit profile mode. To clarify, he previously activated at registration, then had to enter email and reactivate again. He has NOT changed his email address and it does it even if he doesn't add or change ANYTHING on the Personal Tab. If he tries to navigate to another tab, the same thing happens regardless and it keeps giving him the same message each time he goes to the personal tab in edit profile mode: "You are about to discard all changes. Are you sure you want to leave this page?" -- Appears when he tries to leave the tab. and this is what he sees on the profile personal tab: it's also displaying funky...

TegIt's always best to create a support ticket within FDN, rather than the support board here. FDN tickets get the priority support and there are tools specific to troubleshooting FDN tickets that are unavailable to us here on PB support.

FDN tickets get the priority support and there are tools specific to troubleshooting FDN tickets that are unavailable to us here on PB support. Okay, Scott. I figured since the software is essentially PB it would be an issue there. How do I go about doing that? EDIT:// Dumb Blonde moment. I figured it out LOL

Log in to FDN and on the Dashboard there's a button for "Create Ticket". In the popup box, you'll need to check the access box if you want FDN support to have access to view the forum site and accounts. And yes the core software is the same, however there are enough differences that it's best to keep the support issues separate.
