Apparently the tags that were passed back to us didn't contain enough information to get the ad code, which isn't what usually happens. Can you try getting an ad debugger log instead? You can read about how to set this up here: support.proboards.com/post/6600583

I've given up! Instead I've turned my PC sound off when viewing my forum.

@ritab I apologize this has been ongoing issue. Were you able to use the ad-debugger that Brian suggested a couple posts back? This tool is used for ad-redirects and will work for your situation as well. This tool has been very successful in identifying misbehaving ads.

No Scott I didn't understand how to set it up, so decided to take the easy option in turning my PC's sound off.

@ritab It's just web page. If you go to that link you should see an enable button. Click the button and on another tab, just do your normal forum stuff. Once the audio ad plays, go back to the tab and there should be listing for "Request", there will could be multiples. Just click on the "copy request" button and it will expand to a bunch of text that looks like gibberish. Right click into it and choose "select all" and then paste that into a post here on support.
It really is easier than it all sounds.
Edit: You can copy and past the text for each "request" listed on the page at that time. Then just click the "clear log" button and do it all over again (or not).
