Suddenly Unable to Edit Profiles?

Suddenly, all users including admins have lost the ability to edit their profiles at all. You can't upload images or anything because nothing is showing up. Here's what I mean: 


Any solutions? The coding of the skin hasn't been messed with at all and this just started happening today. Also, this has happened on a Mac, my Chromebook, and a Windows PC.

There were some updates that affected the profile layout template.

This can be fixed by going to Go to Admin > Structure > Layout Templates, Edit User Profile tab, click on the 'Reset to Default' button, then the 'Save Changes' button.

If your current theme has alterations to the Edit User Profile layout template these alterations may be lost by the reset. If you think this is the case, please let us know before performing the reset.

(This reset fix would need to be done for each theme that exhibits this issue.)
