Can someone please explain? PM if necessary - we've been a community for over a year via Proboards and suddenly we're deleted from the internet?

You'll have to contact [e-mail] for information regarding deletions as the tech support staff doesn't have access to that info.

You would need to contact the abuse department ([e-mail]) as technical support does not handle these issues.

Also, your root admin (username: admin) should have received an email/PM regarding the TOU violations prior to the forum being taken offline unless the forum itself was a violation (copyright infringement, illegal activities, etc)

If the admin account (username: admin) did not receive a PM regarding the issues, it could be that there was something that went contrary to the TOS as a whole -- but again this is mere speculation on our parts, and you'll have to contact [e-mail] to see if you can get any details.

I'm sorry you received that answer but I'm not sure how that needed to be taken out on the Support team :/

This board is for the technical support team. I doubt the abuse team reads here. They have their own job to do.
