Hi A few days ago the 'Member Thread Count' plug-in on my forum appeared to stop working; basically, it did not register any new threads *and* all members counts were re-set to zero. I have a hunch that this co-incided with some Proboards server issues, as the "angry bear" page was appearing sporadically throughout the time I was online. I deleted the plug-in (and any associated data) and have just re-installed it from the plug-in library. Unfortunately, member thread counts are still at zero and newly created threads are not being added to the count either. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Same problem here. I didn't delete the plug-in but did upgrade to the latest version.
When I look at member's profiles it still seems to show their thread count (I think as at the time it stopped working) but in the member list and in mini-profiles they all show zero.
If I go to a member's recent threads page I get the pop-up saying their thread count needs to be reset, and the count on their profile page updates correctly after I click ok.
There's a support thread for this plugin so I think it's best to report this there - I'll post on it and link to this thread.

Just as a note to you both: It's usually best to post issues in the actual support thread - which is where the plugin author is more likely to see it (not to mention that that's what the support threads are for). The support thread should be here: support.proboards.com/thread/553986/member-thread-countIn the plugin library, on the right side, is a Help section. In that section, there's a link to "Get help with this plugin" (see attached image) that, in most cases, will take you to that plugin's support thread.

Hey Ghost, Thanks for the response, and for linking to this thread. I'm seeing the same thing; member's thread counts are visible on their profile pages, and nothing but zeros on the member list and mini-profiles. When I deleted the plug-in and re-installed (new version), my members all had to go through the pop-up process to reset their counts... just as they did the first time when I added the plug-in. This has made no difference however to the counts showing in the mini-profiles and member list Just as a note to you both: It's usually best to post issues in the actual support thread - which is where the plugin author is more likely to see it (not to mention that that's what the support threads are for). My apologies, I *did* look around the support forum first before posting this request here... I thought this was the right place, I guess not I will do as you suggest; thanks for the help.
