Making role over images on add attachment images

Hi, 

I noticed that when we attach an image to a post in the support boards, and we put our mouse over it, it gets large and you can read/see it.

On my board: solarishumanus.boards.net


When we attach a image to a post, you have to click on it and it opens up to a blank window with only the image showing. 


Is there a way I can add this feature to my board?
