New Thread Requires Poll Question

Just after my site came back up following the code-push fix, starting a new thread causes a pop-up box that says "You must provide a poll question," specifically when not creating a poll.

jcarter ~ when the issue is resolved, the thread is removed.

So, no permission . . . . since it's GONE.
