Forum URL: hogexrpg.forums.netSITE URL: hogexrpg.izimmbi.com (for viewing only to see the issues) So, I have a site template that works on my custom domain, however, it doesn't work correctly on the forum. I've added in external stylesheets and js files etc, but it still doesn't work the same? I put all of my external stylesheets in the <head> under $[head]. Most of the javascript files are in the footer. The entirety of the look is in the Forum Wrapper (css, layout, js, etc).

I just opened a ticket, but I'm unsure why we can't get help on ProBoards support when it's the same software and the only form of support with forums.net is the ticket system.

I just opened a ticket, but I'm unsure why we can't get help on ProBoards support when it's the same software and the only form of support with forums.net is the ticket system. Please see below for the main reason. Forums.net (FDN) tickets take priority as part of the paid service. The one difference is that ProBoards Support (this board) is open for members to help members whereas the FDN ticket system is manned only by ProBoards Staff. Two main reasons we encourage PB and FDN members to use their respective support systems is: 1) Accessibility to information and diagnostic tools for FDN forums are not available to Staff if questions are posted here rather than using the ticket system and could delay a resolution. Depending on the issue, while the same base software is used, there are still some differences. 2) Simple statistics. The statistics of Support board questions and FDN tickets provide information needed to continuously improve the ways we can effectively and quickly offer support to our members and clients; ranging anywhere from researching various support methods to staffing needs. Thank you.

I just opened a ticket, but I'm unsure why we can't get help on ProBoards support when it's the same software and the only form of support with forums.net is the ticket system. Hi! I have two FDN sites and have a bit of insight on this. First, the FDN ticket system, in some circumstances will get a PB Admin's attention out of normal business hours, if the problem is urgent. Which means it can get fixed when a PB issue may have to wait until the next day. Also, the two platforms are not exactly the same software wise and sometimes a problem on PB won't affect FDN sites and vice-versa. Most of the time I have noticed issues on PB sites don't affect my FDN sites but sometimes they do. But either way, IMO the ticket system for FDN is usually more efficient One thing that I do is I keep a few test PB sites and if I am having an issue on my FDN sites I see if the same issue is happening on the PB sites, if so, (and it's not urgent) posting here is ok because technically it is affecting your PB site as well. Hope that helps!
