Paging Staff: Forum Avatars selection page is down

hello been awhile since i hit you guys up for help. so here's deal: my st forum's avatar selection is completely down and doesn't work. my members are saying that they can't change avatars. i have tried maintenance and repairs, reload the css etc. nothing works. this is very rare failure in history of forums i have made, designed with. so i need some assistance with it. the problem lies with css i believe. that css was added to st forum and modified.

What is the link to the forum, and if you could, describe what is impeding them from changing avatar... any error messages for example?

bridgecommander.boards.net/ we're still growing here, i'm updating the forum with more threads and sections as we go along. i did say that i brought css from my main bioware forum to bcu forum and modified it as to update the look. my members says that they can't click on "select a forum avatar - pick one and the forum avatar selection screen doesn't pop up. that's the issue. so they can't change their avatars but only upload a avatar of their own. so that is the issue with my new forum.

Hi, RealKorra.

It looks like the Shoutbox Ignore plugin is causing the issue as disabling it seems to make the link function again. I would recommend contacting the plugin author about the issue in their official support thread, found here:

thanks brian i'm disabling the plugin until that issue is resolved by author.
