Forum Won't Load Backgrounds

Hello,
I have been having this issue for over 2 weeks now. I am trying to upload a background image to themes in order to match the banner, but it won't let me. I have tried all sizes of backgrounds and even the tiniest image is not loading. It keeps giving me this error: gyazo.com/c337139084a9794cc94ec1ae828b5d24
When I go to the File Storage area like it asks, I don't understand. It says I have only used 9/50MB.

I don't see why it's saying I have that much space left, but can't upload a background picture.
The only background it is allowing is the default options.

Orabelle The theme that you are trying to upload to has a size of 9.99MB which is just under the 10MB limit for each theme. You'll need to clear out some unused theme images from the Images tab and/or compress them so they use less memory.
