Changing the colour of text is a theme question. Technical support is for the technical side of things, such as inquiring about software capability / policy, requesting a reindex, inquiring about statistics, access errors and the like.

Your thread was not closed in error. It was closed because it is a duplicate thread about an issue that was moved to the appropriate location.

You're welcome to wait for an admin to confirm what I've just said, but Brian stated clearly in his response to your locked thread why your original thread was removed and why he locked the duplicate.
