I want to create a forum. Which do I use, .freeforums.net, proboards.com, or .boards.net?
Why the three options?
Thanks, Ken

Hi Among the three free domains - that is proboards.com, freeforums.net and boards.net - there is no difference other than the domain. All have the exact same features, limits and share the same servers.

Hello Ken and Welcome to the ProBoards Family!Pearson gave you a nice concise answer. Probably everything you need. ProBoards has been in existence since the start of this millennium. Many of the common names one might choose for a forum have already been taken. I'm guessing at least part of the reason for adding the boards.net and .freeforums.net domains was to allow use of the common names on those domains. For instance, if you wanted the url poetry.proboards.com, that has already been taken. The same with poetry.freeforums.net. But poetry.boards.net is still available. There may be other reasons, so perhaps a ProBoards Admin might have more to add.
