Sorry, I searched looking for this and couldn't find anything. Is there a way that I can purchase PB + for myself? I've tried through settings, through my profile, etc. Anytime I click on the thing from my profile the only option it gives me is a 1 time payment for 1 month for 3.99, when I'd like to set up a subscription for it. I only have the option to "Gift" it to myself (so no sub option).

Are you logged in on the payment page? If you are not logged in on the page, it will only allow the non-subscription option. Scroll to the top of the page, and you should see a login button, then it should allow you to purchase the subscription

moonbeam I know what it is and how it is suppose to work. Craig The issue seems to be with my global account. The email address in my profile says "No Email Set." When I click edit, it takes me to my ProBoards Account settings, and there, where it says email is the email that I want to use. If I edit it to display the same email, it won't let me because it already exists. I'm already logged in with that email as well. So, I'm not sure what is going on with it.

I can't see email addresses in profiles here, but that is not something i have encountered before. Does it say the same on all of your forum accounts? Do you have the same problem if you try to purchase the pb+ from a different forum account.

Hmm, everything looks correctly linked to me.
The one weird thing I can recommend: logout and then log back into your global account (on ProBoards.com) and then see if the option appears for you.
Depending on how long ago it was that you did this, it may resolve the issue. Let us know either way obviously!

Hmm, everything looks correctly linked to me. The one weird thing I can recommend: logout and then log back into your global account (on ProBoards.com) and then see if the option appears for you. Depending on how long ago it was that you did this, it may resolve the issue. Let us know either way obviously! So, I believe I may have found the problem and I'm not sure how to resolve it... My ProBoards Support account is under an email address that I no longer use. It needs to be changed to my global account email address. When I logged out of my ProBoards Account, I logged into ProBoards Support, went to Profile > Personal Settings > and under email, selected "Edit." It took me to the ProBoards website and showed me the email address associated with my ProBoards Support account. When I go to change it, it tells me the email address already exists and won't let me change it to the right email address (which is my global account).

Assuming I follow correctly: When you get to the point where you select "Edit" and it carries you to ProBoards.com and showed you the email address associated with the support account, instead of trying to change the email, look a little lower and find the "Unlink Forum Account" section and see if you can unlink your Support account from the global account and then re-link it. This should hopefully reset things so it shows the correct email. If not, let me know and we'll dig into other options.
