Hi You shouldn't be getting any popups on the forum. First thing can i ask you to do is to clear the cache and cookies in your browser, as sometimes something in there can produce the popup. If the popup still appears, are you able to provide a screenshot of the popup, and could you report the ads on the page by clicking on the Report Ads link at the bottom of the page, then the ProBoards team can look in to those ads and remove them if necessary.

I'm on my phone it happens a lot actually if you're on a browser on proboards on your phone, my laptop I have no issues with. But on my phone it's not the history that stays cleared, and my phoje doesn't let me take screenshots

It's not the history issue (because that always stays cleared) It happens a lot if you are on your phone on proboards. I'm not making this up Rather hard to take a screencap of some thing like that especially whwn it happens so often Hopefully i didn't imply you were making it up, and i invited you to report the ads so they can be checked, because there some rogue ads that do get through, or changed after they have been approved. But there are other things which can cause this to happen, so it can help to rule those out too - one of them being the cache, or a browser addon I asked for the screenshot, as it may help determining the cause. Since you mentioned the phone. Are these popups you are getting, or redirects? Redirects should be automatically detected, and should be in the process of already being removed, so hopefully that is the case for the ones you are being affected by. Otherwise, if they were popups, were you able to report them?

I can only apologise for the inconvenience the redirects have caused. Those ads should be in the process of being removed, and hopefully you'll be able to visit your forum without issue then.

I have tried deleting history and things nonstop and I still can't get into the forum. I hope so because the forum has been like this all morning and it's frustrating

maglit , apologies for the inconvenience, and like stated above ads causing redirects are logged and reviewed for removal. In the meantime, are you able to use the Chrome browser on your phone? If so this may help - some have reported success and others not. Just depends on how the redirect code was written. Google Chrome has a feature that keep the rogue ads from redirecting you away from the forum (or the current site you are on). This will work for both desktop and mobile Chrome browsers versions 64 and higher. In a new Chrome tab paste the following and press enter: chrome://flags/#enable-framebusting-needs-sameorigin-or-usergesture (If you've never entered Chrome flags before you may receive a warning message that these are experimental.) The flag for "Framebusting requires same-origin or a user gesture" will be highlighted or have blue dot just to the left. Currently the drop-down setting for this is 'Default'. Change this to 'Enabled'. You will be prompted to relaunch Chrome for the change to take effect.

But my for loads now that is all I care about thank you so much 💖
