As far as I am aware the captcha only shows for guests, or if the forum has extra protections on it due to attempts to overload the server. There might potentially also be other triggers to bring up the captcha, but I am not aware of them (perhaps another helper or PB staff could chime in on that).
If no other users are experiencing this, the first step is to make sure that she is appropriately logged in when making a post. Also, she seemed to make that post just fine -- did she experience the captcha when submitting it as well?
The next would be to see if she can create a new account here on PB support. It's frequently better to deal directly with someone having a tech issue rather than trying to use a go between.

Hi,
I'm guessing this user is coming from an IP that likely has a bad reputation. This isn't entirely uncommon and the security check should eventually stop appearing after a while when it no longer deems the IP suspicious.
If the user is browsing from a private home computer then I would recommend not logging out every single time just to reduce the amount of times you actually must perform the security check.
