Disable double posts in certain boards

Hi is there a way to disable someone from double posting but just in certain boards?

vank - I'm not aware of any way to do this.

Closest I could find is this plugin: Posting Limits, but of course being a plugin it would not restrict the member if they were on mobile.

The restrictions on plugins Scott mentioned still apply.
I also have not used this plugin, so I cannot offer a review, but there are reviews on the source library page.
