I have a question about the colors you want in your background. You mentioned blue and 286iff. There is no such hexadecimal color code as 286iff. Did you mean 2861ff?

The latest, and last version of Animation Shop - sadly - is '3'. So, that should have come with either PSP 7, and/or PSP 8. And tbh, there's not much difference between the two versions (7 + 8). If you are wanting to do web design, and other things similar and not just animations, I would recommend getting PSPX2. Just download the 30day trial, see if you like it. If you do, get it, but don't uninstall PSP7, that way you keep Animation Shop, too. That's a good idea, to try out the 30day trial. I really would like to learn some new techniques..things you can't do with PSP7. Thanks for all the suggestions everyone.

I am curious about this software. Is it suitable for graphic and web design, or is it geared more towards photo enhancement only? I currently use PSP version 7 for all my graphic design projects. I have had it for over 5 years and was considering purchasing an upgrade. But this new Corel Paint Shop Pro appears to be focused more on photo imaging and not on graphic design. Does it have an animation feature like the PSP7 does? Is it suitable for banner and button making? And if not, what new graphic design software would you recommend that doesn't cost a fortune like Photoshop? Thanks for your feedback on this..

Where are you posting the banner..in your signature? To do that, it should look somethiing like this: [lMG]http://hostingsite.com/yourname/photoname.jpg [/IMG][ /CENTER] If you are adding the banner in a header or footer, you will have to use html. It should something like this: <img src=" hostingsite.com/yourname/photoname.jpg">To center, put this before it: <p align="center">

It's kind of hard to explain if you haven't seen the ad. The film thing shakes itself out and pulls out just something like a cartoon shotgun. The popcorn and coke are stationary in the background. The film strip shoots the coke and the whole image explodes into a repitition. Am I being unclear? Thanks for the futher explanation. To design something like that though, would require at least 20 frames of graphics, since every movement would require the images to be adjusted accordingly..just like the images in that film strip you posted. It would involve more time than I am willing to donate to one project. Maybe the clip you are looking for is already available on YouTube.

Here it is Twilight Angel! I tried to make the font color red with pink edges..but it didn't look good against the background, so I changed it to a purple color, which blends better. Hope this is ok.. I can make any changes if need be. http://i49./f251/Teestorms/Banner2b.jpg

Yes it was "Janna"! ;D I'm glad to see that it was a respected support board veteran that joined our board..and not some hacker.. If I need anymore coding help, I will open the board again, so you or one of the other board "wizards" can access it. Thanks for your help! Hi If the mysterious member is called 'Janna', i'm afraid that was me. I joined briefly to check something in order to see if i could help you out, when you made a query a few days ago. I then deleted the account, so, that's why i'm not om the members list. The name will only be moved as the newest member when someone else joins. If it wasn't 'Janna', then, someone else may have also joined then deleted their account. *See SwordGrunt's advice (i forgot to include it here) You can also choose limited registration, so that a new members have to be approved by a staff member. That'll be handy if you decide to extend membership to a wider field*

Forum URL: Terristorms.proboards52.comHi...We were having some problems with our board, so I opened it up for a brief period so the admins could access it. But now, our board lists an unknown person on the "most recent member" list. This person doesn't show on the member list however. Our board is a private family board, so some of our members are rightfully concerned about unwelcome intruders opening up accounts on our board. I am not sure why this name shows as the newest member, yet their name doesn't appear on our member list. I have the board closed again so visitors cannot access it. I have a few questions about this situation, namely: How was this person able to open up an account without showing on the member list? How do we get rid of them? And how do we prevent intruders from opening up accounts in the future? I want to be able to make the board avaiable for the mods to check code, etc..but without any unwelcome intruders opening up accounts on our board. Thanks

Hi there! Getting different colors or shades is easy, depending on what graphic design program you are using. Most of them have a color palate, which allows you to select nearly any shade you want. Even the Paint program that comes with Windows has a color palate. To see how a basic color palate operates, go to Start..Programs...Accessories...Paint. Here's a link to a cap that shows what a color palate looks like: http://i49./f251/Teestorms/colorpalatecap.jpg Open the Paint program, and then click on Colors on the top menu bar. Then click on the bottom where it says "Define Custom Colors". The color palate should come up for you. Play around with it by dragging the curser in the middle and also by moving the arrow up and down in the vertical color bar on the right. The color you select will appear in the box in the bottom. To save it, click on "add to custom colors", and the color you selected will show in the custom color box on the left. Anyway, the graphic program you use should have something similar. If you are unsure how to use it, click on the help menu or check the manual that came with the software. Also, you can get a lot of information online. To center a banner in your signature, just type the word center before the link, and /center after. Be sure to put brackets [ ] around each word. Hope this helps you!

I'd be glad to attempt this, but I'm not sure I really understand what it is you are looking for. You linked 3 graphics - a film strip, a cup with the coke logo on it, and a bucket of popcorn. You want the film strip to shoot the coke bottle and make it fall to the side? What is the film strip supposed to shoot with? And what do you want done with the bucket of popcorn? Is it supposed to stay stationary in the background throughout this little clip? I'm sorry, but I've never seen the theatre ad you referred to, so it isn't clear to me. Perhaps if you would explain it better, you might get your banner sooner.
