I see a woman as a fellow human being, obviously there are things that separate males from females such as the difference in sex organs and hormones. I see a woman capable of accomplishing anything that a man is able to do and vice versa.

Not really mutch of a difference. Even the Physical differences can be changed. Surgery does wonders. As for abilities, emotions, and such, they are the same. No different.

Woman= that which man cannot live without yet drives him mad trying to understand.

I don't know if any more expansive answer would further the cause of male understanding. Scientists spend so much time studying various aspects of our physical world, but have long since given up the hope to unlocking the female mind. They may have studies or whatnot every now and then, but that's more smoke and mirrors as any results are inevitably going to be 'inconclusive' regarding our understanding of the mind of the woman. Better to just admit it and move on to other projects, in my opinion.

Well, we have to be honest.

Sure, we need to have exactly the same rights and all. That's true 100%.

But seriously, aren't women (with exceptions of course), a bit unsuitable for some jobs for instance. It's been like that throughout the history. A female can carry a child, whereas a male supports it. How can a woman work physically, when she's pregnant? That wouldnt only hurt her, but the child as well. Thus, the obvious difference, that women are more suitable for "home" jobs. That sounds shovinistic (sp?!?! ) but it's a pure fact.
Yes, all the same rights. And everyone should be able to emloy everywhere. But physical jobs are more suitable for a.. better built males than females. Each should do what each can do best. Not try to prove that they can do as good as the others.
Only then we can work good. Until then we cant.

flaws: talk way to much (not being sexist...just telling it how it is. Many girls have admitted to this and havent taken offence ).

strengths: can find things quicker than men...that in itself has boggled my mind for 16 years
