Fair enough......and it kinda goes to waht I have been saying....even with pound for pound....depnding on training and what not...in "general" a women's lower body tends to be more stronger for her structure...then a mens would...and a man's upper body in general the same....
and speed is not a absolute result of strength but also with other factors....strength and speed are not the same. but I am not going to continue this because I am not one to keep getting insulted

well i am a guy .. and i will tell you this .. fact speed has nothing to do with strength.For instance ... steven Young could totally out run Arnold ... but strength wise arnold would tear steve apart no if and or buts about it .and Yes a Woman is interally strong then a Man because they have to be .Women have more Stamina ,and over all pain tolerance for internal pain because they have too..Men might be physically stronger ... but most women on average are lighter and faster, because they have to be .It how god and Nature built the two .
