The original meaning of 'uniform' is 'same as'
everyone should dress the same, all boys wear the same, and all girls wear the same, that includes the length of skirts, and the footwear.




slightly off topic, i see too many in designer gear, that breeds jealousy, and causes problems.

Most schools just ban the use of skirts that are shorter than the knees. But banning all of them? Sounds a little extreme.

I think it sucks. Girls should be allowed to wear any length of skirt they want. It's discrimination.. and making everyone the same. If we were all the same life would be boring. And hey, I won't be able to look up my girlfriend's skirt anymore. Oh wait.. I can, this is a US law suckers and I'm in the UK. Keep the law then, ahahahah!

It is still discriminating to girls wearing skirts. Also, even boys should be allowed to wear skirts. Hey, I'm not saying I would, I don't think anyone would.. but still the option should be open or we're introducing sexism as well as discrimination. But it doesn't bother me, this law is for the US not the UK so meh.
