Good. Every time I see a girl at school wearing a skirt, they look like a friggin prostitute. Haha! Thats actually pretty true.

I don't have a problem with girls wearing skirts in school at all. It's just that they shouldn't be too short. It's distracting then.

when i was in school skirts were allowed . but had to be no higher then 3 inches above the knee .. most girls now wear them 3 inches below the panty .. it can be distracting i would think Yes, it can be VERY VERY distracting...

Wow,interesting thread. They shouldn't ban skirts, but I think they should make sure the skirt isnt so short that when the girl moves it reveals everyting.Or anything really.. I've never really liked skirts, and when I wore them,if they where to short,I'd pull them down to my hips to make them longer cuz that's where the bottom of my shirt would end.Long as I'm cover'd I'm fine. I'm done now.

well as a girl myself i think the mini mini skirts are basically bulky belts! (pointless and just pathetic!) i wear long ones and i to think its ridiculous! i think if they're banning skirts in schools they must have a good enough reason to be doing that other they wouldnt would they?

This is the first time I have heard of this, but it doesn't surprise me. I don't think school girls should where skirts that are so tiny that the secrets are exposed. I do, hoever feel that they should be allowed to wear skirts. I am, already against uniforms in public schools. I feel it takes away from a young minds feeling of individualism. They are slowly making students here wear uniforms and seem to be concentrating on what the students wear then there education. Never mine they had issues with math, but they best have a belt on. I think slowly our rights to choose are slowly being taken away. Its happeneing in every aspect. Each school has a dress code already implemented in their school codes. If they choose not to enforce it or the parents choose not to enforce it and teh skirt looks like a patch and not within the dress code...I am all for displinary action. But to take away a person right to choose to wear an appropriate skirt is taking away there right of choice. I have a daughter and I love dressing her up as a little girl. I like to put hair pretties in her hair and little stocking on her legs. It gives her a feeling of feminity and a sense of feeling confident and to take that away form her because a school and parents cant take responsibility for other girls actions is completely wrong and time to home school. I think goverments are going to far...when they take away the very thing that makes it great the freedom to choose. yes, I highly agree with Enchant here, she summed up what I was about to add in. ....so much for my voice lol.
