Following on from my original thread the PM backup facility is now behaving in almost in the manner it should. The remaining problem is that the zip file of PMs that is downloaded is a corrupted file and cannot be unzipped (by either XP, Vista or Cygwin). Anyone else experienced this, and is it possible for someone to look at the zip file creation to see what the problem is? Thanks, admin alternativefora.proboards99.com

Thanks, admin alternativefora.proboards99.comHi, The .zip isn't really corrupt. I am guessing you are using Internet Explorer? For some reason - which we are still trying to find out why - Internet Explorer stops the download, and so it's only corrupt in the sense that you haven't got the full .zip downloaded. Do you have another browser you could try downloading with?

Thanks for that , have now got the whole file. I was originally using Firefox 3, IE 7 doesn't work either but using Lynx I managed to get the whole thing! Just out of interest which browser(s) work for you?
