It just happened to some of my members and myself, i thought someone hacked me and deleted my board! Took me right to the proboards main page. I am using Windows XP Home Edition and the Firefox 2 browser, the link to my forum is: orcaholic.proboards57.com/index.cgi

Forum is back up now, but redircting for some members. I have noticed though the members it is redirecting all live outside of the US if that helps. niwf2007.proboards56.com/index.cgiUPDATE: Those affected are using XP and Vista, most browsing with IE and one on firefox One member can access the forum and avoid the redirect if he holds down the esc key, but if he releases it then he is redirected to the home page. Not sure if that will help you or not, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Uh, sorry, I don't really get the instructions you gave... we're not all that computer savvy, unfortunately. Anyway, I'm having the same problem here: www.hp2000.proboards.com/It occurs wherever I click. And I use internet explorer on Windows XP

I'm having the same problem with IE 7 on Vista. On my forum, I get redirected to the forum home page when I try to log in or view any of the boards. The same thing happens here at ProBoards support. Tried IE 6 and Firefox and those browsers work just fine. Forum URL: mteforum.proboards98.com/Browser Version: Internet Explorer 7.0 Operating System: Vista Time: 3:10PM PST Ping mteforum.proboards98.com goes to: 67.15.247.157 Edit: I was able to flush my DNS cache and get in using IE 7/Vista but think that might be hard to convey to members that aren't able to access the forum.

I don't understand the techie stuff either, I'm afraid! But I'll tell you what I can. I'm in the UK, using IE & Windows XP. I was getting total redirection yesterday, but followed the advice about clearing from Favourites etc. & now it's almost normal, but still sometimes redirecting to Proboards page when I try & make a post. It is mostly only happening when I try to post & seems to happen more when using the 'quick reply' box than the full reply. My board address is in my signature if needed - server is 56.

It hasnt happened for me again tho - yet.

dogmanscorner.proboards102.com/index.cgi we are also having this issue. No matter what I do it sends me right back to the home page. I use IE, windows xp I don't know what the members have. I am not really savy on all this so any help fixing the issue would be great. Thanks

By the way just a thought do our sites have a common member? Till this issue is resolved we can't even get into the admin part but it would be neat to know. Quite possible we all have a common hacker or what ever this sort of thing is result of.
