DDOS stands for Distributed Denial of Service Attack.

My sites isn't working and neither all the other I am a member or staff member of. I thought it was my internet connection at first.
Take your time. I would rather it was fixed right the first time than needing fixed again and thanks for letting us know!

Thanks for the update. Nice to know why the sites aren't loading at all...
Frustrating thing about these attacks... it can take ages to get through the stupid things and get back on your feet.

Thanks to the admins and staff for their prompt service and their efforts to restore all back to normal.
To others, instead of complaining, and informing us of HOW IMPORTANT your forums are .... maybe take this time to go outside, enjoy the outdoors ... smell the flowers, go for coffee. There is life outside of the computer.
The admins are doing what they can .... as fast as they can!

Thanks Pat FYI Incase you weren't aware, here on PB Support every forum I click on using IE7 redirects me to the index home page w/o the index.cgi (at least it is for me). And here I thought it was just my dorm room connection. Because every proboard site I use, even forum I click, I get redirected to the home page. And I'm at the library computer now, and it's slow and then it won't even load the pages. At least I now know it's not just me. Makes me feel a little better. |
