Getting Rid of Activation Code emails

how can i simply de-activate the activation code delivery option for new membership registrations ?

if this is not possible then it should be allowed coz we do have another feature on the forum that gives the Admin and mods the power to approve new membership accounts.

hence "activation code" should be an option not compulsion, so what is it ?

You can't disable it. Maybe they'll be a feature later on to do that but not at the moment.
