If they are they will need to get a free email account from a place like Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail. Tell them to check their spam folder too. |

Tell them to check their spam folder. If they still haven't gotten it they should be able to resend it from the screen that asks them to input the activation key.

There is, they're just not looking hard enough. Have them log in with their username & password and read the message, there's a link in it.
