I am getting the walmart audio ad, I thought it was fixed

edit: I have gotton 3 audio ads on this forum in the time it took me to post, read all post & edit my post this is bad that is within only 3 or so minutes..

I got 2 mystery gifts & 2 walmarts here plus the walmart on my forum.

What is being done about this

My site has received both the Walmart and mystery gift ads, multiple times and it is interfering with my members being able to concentrate on their writing.

200 members log on a day so yes I'm getting quite a few complaints.
